Please note that we do not offer free returns. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
Can I Return My Order?
Yes. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Any manufacturing defect or damage must be reported immediately after delivery.

Once received, returns are reviewed within 7 business days. Approved returns will be processed within this timeframe.
We reserve the right to reject returns if the item shows evidence of use, improper handling, or damage not caused by us.

After reviewing your request, we will provide the correct return address.
Please do not send items back to the original sender address. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping expenses.
Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been confirmed and processed.
If you decide that you no longer want the product, please wait until it arrives and then submit a return request according to this policy. To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days from the date on which they, or a third party designated by them (other than the carrier), receive the final item of the order.
Because our order fulfillment system is highly automated, orders are processed immediately after purchase. Therefore, we are unable to stop or modify shipments once they have entered processing.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the purchase agreement.
The withdrawal process is considered complete only after the returned goods have been received by us.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Orders Already in Transit
As products may be shipped from our international warehouse in Asia, delivery times can vary.
If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, please wait for delivery and then follow the return procedure.
To help us process your return efficiently, we recommend sending us the return shipment tracking information after dispatch.
Refund Information
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will process any eligible refund.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Original shipping fees and any additional delivery charges beyond standard shipping are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item and confirm eligibility.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, we will provide a free replacement rather than a refund.
To request a replacement, please contact our support team and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
After verification, a replacement item will be shipped at no additional cost.
Return Warehouse
All approved returns must be shipped to our central warehouse located in Asia.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping expenses unless otherwise required by applicable law.
